FL Series Bag Dump Stations
 The solution for your most difficult materials.
The extended capacity and power of the FL Series dust collectors handle demanding applications. Units can be clamped right on to your existing equipment/hoppers or Hapman-provided equipment. The dual filters are 99.9% efficient down to 1 micron, and can be easily accessed for service.
- Access filter cartridge(s) easily through a door located at the front of the unit. No tooling needed.
- Get long-lasting quality with filter cartridges made of washable Torit-Tex™ media with stainless steel end caps (removable without tools) and housing.
“Glove Box” Bag Dump Stations
 The solution for protecting your employees and plant environment from airborne dust.
Employees experience limited exposure to dust during the opening, emptying and disposing of materials with this station. Hapman's self-contained air filtration system is 99.9% efficient down to 1 micron and gives complete control over the bag dump process. The low-profile design fits in tight spaces while allowing ease of use.
- Provide ultimate protection with heavy-duty gloved access.
- Operate precisely with plexiglass window for a total view of the process.
- Add an optional HEPA filter for additional filtration.
 Optional Configurations
Turn your existing hopper into a dump station. Hapman hoods not only work with our dump stations, they fit on to your existing equipment to create a more effective solution for dust containment. Choose from two configuration options.
- Hood with self-contained dust collector obtains a filter efficiency of 99.9% down to 1 micron. The externally mounted centrifugal blower features cast aluminum construction (stainless steel optional).
- Hood configured for dust control with external collection allows the unit to connect to your existing exhaust system. Shown with portable base Helix™ flexible screw conveyor. 2 filters shown with bag compactor.
