At Hapman, we believe that people are happiest and most productive when they are allowed to do what they are naturally good at doing. Our company hiring and career development programs are founded on the research and strengths-finder system developed by Marcus Buckingham and Donald O. Clifton, Ph.D. Based on data collected over 40 years, the strengths-finder program helps us identify each employee’s unique set of core talents.
“Talent, knowledge, and skills combine to create your strengths.”
