Hapman Weld and Finish Specifications

The level of weld treatment varies based on industry standards, materials handled, customer preferences, and the conveyor’s intended use. Whether for structural integrity, sanitary compliance, application performance or simple aesthetics, Hapman offers several standard weld finishes, along with building to customer specific requirements.

Hapman fabricator welding

Hapman maintains special areas focused on stainless fabrication and enforces cleaning procedures in areas where fabrication may be switched from carbon to stainless steel. Separate tooling is used for stainless fabrication.

Applicable to all Specifications, ALL SHARP EDGES MUST BE DEBURRED AND CORNERS TO BE GROUND TO 1/8″ RADIUS.

Hapman does not polish pull clamps, bolts, roll pins, keys, etc.
