ValvoControl saves over 100 lbs per 1000 bags by reducing overfill “give-a-way”. Weigh cells are integrated into the filling carriage instead of the entire filler like most competitors providing maximum control with a secondary check weigher available if desired.

ValvoDetect optical measuring system ensures that faulty bags can be detected and ejected at two points in the bagging process before they are placed on the pallet.
